Virtual Meeting; Be Well to Do Good - Relax, Rebalance, and Reset for the New Year'
Jeff Lucas will present on how mindfulness and simple visualization techniques using universal, archetypal symbols go hand in hand, facilitating deep relaxation and helping us to de-stress. Relaxation is also very good for our autonomic nervous system's (ANS) balance. Once we can balance our nervous system we can think with greater clarity, and more easily and flexibly reset the course of our lives. This can help us fulfill our true potential. Jeff will also share some of the visualization techniques so that the audience can have some tools that they can continue to use in an ongoing manner after the session.
